HOW WE DO IT
We work in partnership with event organisers as part of their team, sourcing suppliers and working through the technical requirements in order to deliver the on-site solution together.
Our clients see us as an extension of their in-house team – without losing the desk space.
Our aim is to make integration into the team as simple as possible. and we believe that billing should straight forward to. After an initial meetig we supply an up front quote for the event based on agreed expectations.
We charge pre-production by the hour – not the day – so that we can work as flexibly as possible and then a daily rate per person on-site.
